Job Summary:

Primary Responsibilities and Objectives:

The Chief Quanalyst will work to make QA a core competency here. You will be an active contributor to a cross-functional agile team as well as leading a team of junior Quanalysts, promoting best practices across teams. You will work on a strategic level with the leadership team to build out an overall QA strategy. You will own the process of creating test strategies for both individual teams and company releases.


Core Competencies:

• 5+ years of internet technology experience.
• 3+ years of proven experience in assuring quality, preferably on agile teams driven primarily with automated testing approaches.
• Experience developing system test processes for rapid release cycles.
• A track record of collaboratively designing, developing and testing database-driven web applications.
• Experience tracking, managing, and reporting on bugs/defects
• Prior experience promoting ways to improve QA practices, finding root causes of defects and implementing measures, tools and techniques to prevent them.
• Demonstrated experience, results and opinions with Agile/Scrum/XP software development
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience building out and maintaining a Selenium regression suite or similar tool.
• Familiarity with .Net, MSSQL, IIS7 infrastructure.
• Ability to ferret out requirements during feature conception.
• Experience in the financial services sector
